Restoring a Commercial Office Building

This commercial building holds a a few offices and the break room experienced a bit of a water leak in the ceiling. The faint brown marks on the ceiling is from water damage. Leaky pipes or roof leaks can cause ceiling water damage quickly, often leading to mold damage. 

Our team at SERVPRO of Georgetown, Florence and Sun City began the full restoration process by removing the damaged ceiling material and disposing of it. Drying the wooden panels and any other parts of the affected area was next before restructure.
