Commercial Building Water Leak

This commercial building in Florence had a water leak throughout the ceiling that damaged the insulation. SERVPRO of Georgetown, Florence & Sun City began the mitigation process and restored the building quickly. 

The brown stains on the ceiling are from pipes leaking inside the building. You can see around the fire sprinkler on the ceiling there is a large water stain surrounding it. Leaks in the walls and ceilings can lead to severe damages and mold infestations. 

Our team had to remove all the damaged insulation and ceiling panels before drying the building and using air scrubbers to maintain proper moisture levels.
